3.1 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for Women
At Brooke’s House 3.1 Residential Substance Abuse inpatient home for women, we offer a comprehensive and compassionate approach to recovery, designed to address the unique challenges faced by women in their journey toward sobriety.
Our program begins with thorough assessments to understand each individual’s specific needs and circumstances, ensuring that we develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their goals. These individualized plans incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including both individual and group therapy sessions, where women can share their experiences, foster connections, and learn valuable coping strategies in a supportive environment. We introduce clients to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) groups, empowering them with community support that extends beyond the treatment center.

Recognizing the importance of a holistic approach, we also provide workforce development programs that prepare women for employment, including offering job placement in one of our social enterprise opportunities. For those who may benefit from it, we offer access to Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT), which can significantly aid in the recovery process for some individuals. Understanding that comprehensive health care is crucial, we provide transportation to primary and dental health care services, ensuring that our clients receive the physical care they need during their recovery. Our unique Acudetox is a type of auricular acupuncture that helps relieve symptoms for those with addiction, PTSD, and stress, while promoting relaxation and overall wellness.
For those pursuing their education, we offer a GED program that empowers women to achieve their academic goals, enhancing their self-esteem and future opportunities. We also incorporate equine therapy, which allows participants to engage with horses in a therapeutic setting, fostering emotional healing and building trust. Complementing these therapies, we encourage participation in various wellness activities designed to promote physical health, self-care, and mindfulness.
Recognizing that recovery continues beyond the time spent in our center, we offer aftercare support to assist women in maintaining their sobriety and addressing life’s challenges after treatment. Our transition housing provides a secure and nurturing space as clients reintegrate into the community, ensuring they have the stability necessary to flourish. Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling for our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient programs, allowing women to customize their treatment to fit their personal and professional lives.
