• Individual Substance-Use Disorder – Addiction Treatment for Corriganville MD residents:

Over the week, bespoke sessions of 45 to 60 minutes will be provided to cater to each client’s individual needs. These sessions will feature an array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), alongside other counseling methods. IOP services will focus on stabilization while in recovery, interpersonal skills, enhancing self-esteem, healthy decision-making skills, life skills, coping skills, refusal skills, relapse prevention skills, how to manage urges and cravings, understanding the brain chemistry of addiction, progression of the disease of addiction, introduction to the Twelve Steps, spirituality, stages of change. As part of IOP, each client will receive individual sessions at least 2 times a month. The session will focus on individual treatment goals.
