- Individual Substance Use Disorder Treatment:
Individual session will be offered at 45-60 minute sessions throughout the week to meet the individual needs of the client. The session will use CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT and other counseling techniques to assist the client in developing skills in preparation for them being reintegrated back into society.
- Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Group Treatment (OP):
Group treatment services are 60-90 minutes in length and will be offered through out the week to meet the needs of the clients being served. Groups will focus on relapse prevention, interpersonal skills, enhancing self-esteem, healthy decision-making skills, life skills, coping skills, refusal skills, recreational activities as well as other skills to assist the client in preparing to be reintegrated back into society.
- Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment (IOP):
IOP Group treatment will occur 4 days a week. Client will attend a minimum of 9 hours of group
during the week. IOP services will focus on stabilization while in recovery, interpersonal skills,
enhancing self-esteem, healthy decision-making skills, life skills, coping skills, refusal skills, relapse
prevention skills, how to manage urges and cravings, understanding the brain chemistry of addiction,
progression of the disease of addiction, introduction to the Twelve Steps, spirituality, stages of change.
As part of IOP, each client will receive individual sessions at least 2 times a month. The session will
focus on individual treatment goals.
